I have an MSc(Pass) from a UK university and i still want to go for my PhD. I have a good research proposal which i sent to potential supervisors from two schools in the UK and they accepted supervising and told me to apply. I applied and the pg school sent a notification that my result in MSc was low grade. What should i do i really want to further .Cant i do my PhD with this result ? I am afraid to apply again as my application to other schools may be turned down. Please advise.

i have an ordinary MSc(Pass) degree from a UK university and i want to proceed for my PhD. I have sent 2 good proposals to potential supervisors and they are willing to supervise. Unfortunately, I got a mail from their research school that my MSc grade is low and they cannot give me an offer. Does it mean that i cannot proceed for PhD with that MSc grade or do i try another school ? Please advise.

I have a UK masters degree and i want to proceed to PhD in any of the UK universities. I have sent my research proposal to 2 research staff from different universities and the proposal was accepted for supervision and was advised to go ahead and apply for admission. My Masters degree was low grade (Pass). The 2 universities told me that because of my low grade they cannot give me an offer for a research. I want to do PhD. Will i be given an offer if i apply to any other university, what should i do ?
