Just one comment, Question 2 is a bit vague, it's hard, for example, to really know the difference between 'frequently' and 'often'. To one person, often could mean 'once a month' and to the next it could mean 'once a week'. I suggest that you give timescales as possible answers, e.g.:

2. How often do you use e-commerce sites (i.e shop online)?

Once a day
Once a week
Once a month
Less that once a month

Thanks for the replies, regarding the choices it may be vague but with so much of my data now in that format I fear it may be too late too change. Hopefully people figured it out through the structure (from least to most often) thanks for the feedback anyway!
