Is it possible for a BSc Mathematics student to further his/her studies in the medical science?. Which institution will admit such a student?
Absolutely. If you enjoy statistics then there is a lot of demand for medical statisticians and it would be advisable to consider a masters in the subject.
If mathematical modelling is more your kind of thing, there are plenty of contexts in which mathematical techniques are used in biomedicine, from modelling transmission of disease to understanding/predicting how proteins are assembled. If the latter appeals you may wish to look into bioinformatics.
Essentially medical sciences require lots of quantitative skills, so there are potentially a lot of opportunities for you with the right training.
