I HAVE DONE GRADUATION IN COMPUTER SCIENCE AND I HAVE WORKED FOR IT CONSULTING COMPANY AS A HR EXECUTIVE AND I GOT INTERESTED IN THE CONSULTING BUSINESS, PARTICULARLY MANAGEMENT CONSULTING.I WANT TO IMPROVE MY SKILLS IN MANAGEMENT BY DOING A POST-GRADUATION COURSE IN MANAGEMENT CONSULTING.I AM LOOKING FOR (MASTERS) MBA OR MIB IN MANAGEMENT CONSULTING.IF NOT MBA / MIB, PLEASE SUGGEST ME ANY OTHER COURSE WHICH HELPS ME TO GET A JOB IN THE TOP MANAGEMENT CONSULTING COMPANY ??

Having worked for one of the top management consulting companies and leading a fairly significant practice myself, I am not sure if you really need to do a consulting MBA to get into them. Many of them in fact would prefer a good MBA degree from a good school. Any good Masters degree and good acads, will also be considered favorably.

Have to agree with above, management consulting direction is not necessary, just a good MBA degree.
