I am planning to do Msc in Microelectronics. I have choices like Newcastle, Liverpool and Westminster. Can any one studying in these universities tell me about it's science departments. Also please advice me about which university to choose.

Also i have checked the Times rankings and Guardian rankings.....do I really care about those rankings? Is it matters for getting a job? Please help me to make a decision.
