Please, i can i get an admission for masters study in Environmental Science in the UK or US without stress and without paying any charges before submitting my application.
Thanks. I have tried Hofstra university in the US but they require me to pay some amount of money b4 my application is accepted, can i get an institution that i wont have to pay for application charges. thanks.

UK Universities don't charge an application fee, though I get the impression that is standard practice in the US for graduate entry at least.
