I am looking for participants to take part in a survey about general health for my postgraduate project. The initial survey should take no more than 20-30 minutes with a follow-up survey 1 week later taking no long than 5-10 minutes.

IMPORTANT: Please keep me in mind though that you will be required to provide a telephone number or a Skype username to complete the follow-up survey. If you're concerned about data protection, your information won't be passed on to any third party, won't be used to contact you in any other way and your details will be deleted as soon as you have completed the follow-up questionnaire.
