Hello there..
Currently I am writing my thesis and my topic is Gender Diversity and Firm performance(or Firm Value)...
I have to decide on my dependent ,independent and control variables ....Would anyone help me please with this issue...I have to use DATA program to do my research....but sadly I have less idea about how to use this program...I will meet my advisor soon,,,,So I have to come up with variables asap....
PS/ basically i have to show if more women directors on the board would affect the firm performance....

Is this a qualitative or quantitative project? Depending on what you are doing, you might not even need to think about variables in that way. What is your question and how to you intend to address it?
