OK my name is vikram i have 4 arrears still after the 8 th semester of the B.E course i have on semester left before i receive my convocation i will surely clear my arrears but the thing is i want to my MS engg in US in 2014 spring so i have to apply for it by nov/jan 2013-14 what can i do i have my transcripts but it has 4 arrears left in the 8th semester should i just send the same to the ms universities i have shortlisted...........plz help time is running out and FYI i have all other requirements checked i only need answers for the arrear situation thanks in advance
