I swear it was raining out of a clear blue sky in Leicester this morning. How is that possible?

it's been pissing it down for days in London & the South as well.
My little cat who normally spends her morning glavanting around the garden and demonstrating her tree climbing skills wouldn't even go out the back door this morning. She looked up and me, nodded to the door, and sniffed as if to say " you're kidding right?"

I heard that the UK is actually the world tornado champion. Obviously smaller scale than the big American twisters though.

Yeah there was, the end of the road where I'm from was affected, and freakishly, this one in London hit two roads down from a friend of mine...slightly concerned that The Big Man's giving me a warning...eek!!

Miserable weather and i cant keep my eyes open someone help! too much salsa last night ...
was really surprised to hear about that tornado in west london, it ripped the whole wall off one place !

I got blown down the road today, considering I'm no light-weight, this is worrying.

Apparantly the have closed the A40 due to lamposts falling over.

The wind whined all night and kept me awake

Just need a whirlwind now to come and sweep the uni building off to the land of oz.

Yeah, riding a bike is no fun in this weather.
