I was wondering whether anyone had any experience of the Open University interviews for job roles? I have one next week for an Associate Lecturer post - I believe it's over the phone. Just curious about people's experiences of this so that I can be prepared!
Any advice gratefully received! :)

Alternatively, if anyone works or has worked for the OU - are you able to advise on things I might be asked?
I hope this doesn't seem cheeky, it's just that I would like an idea of how it might go so I don't completely embarrass myself!
