a PhD study zen moment---

a lovely tribute to my favourite artist, Georgia O'Keefe, in a song by my favouritest of all time singer/songwriters, Dan Fogelberg, and in turn the video is a tribute to him ( he passed away sadly in December of cancer).

You may need it: I have just discovered that Rainbow Trout are not in fact trout; rather they are of the salmon family. [Shock, horror!!!]

Say it isn't so!!!!!!!! [crying] wait a moment, the zen is coming to me......[expanding fish recipes to include SALMON], why, I never knew I liked salmon before, this is a happy surprise!

Aren't trout and salmon both salmonids? I'm addicted to smoked mackeral at the moment (it ticks all my fish boxes, given that it is cheap, sustainable, high in omega threes, and doesn't need cooking: bonus!).
