I'm a bit annoyed that Pamw's whole thread appears to have been removed because of a ridiculous debate. I actually posted some information that I believe was quite helpful and now it's been deleted along with all the other rubbish....
Is there any way the useful parts of the thread can be reinstated?

I'm afraid there's no way to reinstate individual posts from a removed thread. Please feel free to re-post any information which may be useful to fellow forum members though.
