I'm aiming to lose 8lb over a month, (took up kung fu and thought this new exercise meant I could eat whatever I wanted - not true...) and I'm bloody starving. This is what's on my mind:
1. Chocolate digestives 2. Fish and chips 3. KFC (that's how bad it's getting) 4. Pistachio barfi 5. Old El Paso tacos (since I saw the advert for the new "Standable Stackable taco shell).
I've seen my grandma do it, I've never bothered but I don't think it would be difficult. The green dip isn't too bad either, it's just green mangos, chillies and some sugar (and spices).
