I want to get copies of 4 articles from the International Journal of Project Management which I think will be useful for my PhD research proposal. I finished my BEng degree in '99 though, so do not have access to a University library any more. I have contacted Manchester University about use of their library when still only a prospective student, and am waiting on a reply, but in the mean time wondered if anyone had access to a uni electronic library and could download them for me. If no-one can help, including Manchester, (or getting access without paying is considered a bit immoral) I can obviously bite the bullet and pay for them.

- The construction of research questions in project management
- Is strategy being implemented through projects? Contrary evidence from a leader in New Public Management
- Projects and programmes: Strategies for creating value in the face of uncertainty
