I would be very thankful if you could help and direct me in this regard.
Though I am an average student, I am desperate to do PhD in Eco-Friendly Materials/Biodegradable Materials. However I could not find any University where I can get into. All Universities asks for high academic grades, though obvious I am unable to fulfill that criteria.
I have done BTech in Chemical Engg in India with 68% and MSc in Polymers Science in Germany with 2.6 as overall grade (Eqvi to ECTS C). I have 3 yrs of research exp and 3 publications in normal journals.

So, any of you guys aware of any Universities (any where in the World +with funding+ related to my topic) where I can get into with the above mentioned academic grades + background.

Your replies and any personal views / comments are most welcome.
