Can you believe this?!

D

I cut my hand on a piece of cooked pasta! Yes, COOKED pasta. I didnt think this was possible, but it really hurt and started bleeding.

T

Has anybody ever got a paper cut from a sheet of lasagne?

S

I think you're telling porkey pies!

T

This is heading rapidly to the sausage thread again...

D

Its true! Honestly. I was having pasta for lunch and picked up a bit from my plate and it cut me! It was one of those twirly pices of pasta and I am now wearing a plaster!

R

When you say cooked, was it cooked cooked? Or was it the 'im so hungry I have to eat it now' cooked, i.e. not cooked properly. Was there a knife in it? Or shards of glass? Perhaps you can sue the pasta company.

D

I cooked it according to the package: 10 mins.
DanB Ive had one text today!

T

Yes, and I'm sure that 'DanB Accident Insurance and Compensation' Ltd would be able to help. I've seen their advert after Trisha and they looked friendly and helpful, and you could get a cheque for £5000 without getting up off the couch

T

Would sueing someone count as life experience? If so would you get a £5,000 cheque and a free law degree from Belford?

T

DJWickid if you put a plaster on all by yourself and didn't get squeemish with the blood..I think u qualify for a Belford medical degree.

P

Poor DJwickid. I have heard of someone hanging themselves with a piece of tissue role, but never a cut with a bit of cooked pasta.
Italy must have terrible problems.
Cheer up, I've just seen your letter to Uncle Dan B and I am hear to tell you I remember Sharkey & Hixxy.

S

It has got to qualify as a 'life experience' surely?

D

Oh wicked! I can get a free law and medical degree all cos I cut myself with a piece of pasta. I would have settled for a free bag of pasta, but two degrees sounds even better

Btw it was Tesco's wholemeal pasta 58p

Pea, I'm glad someone rememebers those old days!

R

Is that Sharky and George? The crim busters of the sea...

P

no DJ & music producers, of old skool hardcore.
However I do remember the other Sharkey ( not to be confused with fergal sharkey). Are you refering to the fish, slash two bit gansta ?
