there are hundreds but it can best be chosen by you. just make sure that you are passionate about whatever topic that you choose.

Agree with Mamara - I don't think anybody here is going to pick a topic for you. Best advice is to read, read, read and try to spot area that interests you and that you think you can have an impact on. Even when you start a PhD, the early days are usually filled with more reading and refinement of your topic.
