Going to a conference next week, and I have to choose what workshops / tutorials I am going to. (as well as poster sessions and talks).

What's the difference between a tutorial and a workshop, anyone know?

I think tutorial is more personal, could be just you and a couple of other people and a leading academic discussing specific research etc., whereas workshop is more generic.
