Discourse analysis: How to present findings(?)

E

When looking at the development of the discursive object in Focauldian discourse analysis do we look at the language of a focus group as a collective, as if coming from one school of thought (ie) a group of opera singers or do we break this down by individual and look for the development of the discursive object by each focus group participant?

Also, any tips on how to tackle the presentation of findings for focauldian discourse analysis? alot of the literature I've found out there seems to be quite vague. I'd really appreciate any input or sources of examples anyone could offer me,

thanks, Ez.

Wow, you're asking quite a lot.
But the answer is simple;
"What do you think? You're a graduate!"
Harsh, but beneficial

V

Yes exactly. The OP probably never had to write a discussion before (as is the case with Indian graduates).
