I am a graduate student (M.Sc.)at the Department of Economics in the field of International Economics and willing to have a PhD degree in Europe. I am looking for a university in which the education is in English, and have a PhD program in Economics or Business Administration. Any idea/suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks..

The Netherlands would be a great place to start looking as they have a wide range of Universities that teach in both English and Dutch. Of course, I'm sure it depends on your department, but it doesn't hurt to look elsewhere. Just search around at some Universities or contact the international offices and see what they have to offer.
