I am from America (Cuba) and I want to get a PhD position related with Plant Molecular Biology, I have my basic degree in Agronomy and my master in Vegetal Biology specialized in Vegetal Biotechnology, I am 29 years old, could I get a grant by myself?

Grants for overseas students are hard to get. Most non EU students in the UK are funded by themselves or by organisations in their own countries. The British Council provide a for students wishing to study in the UK.

I am from India, currently doing MSc in Applied Bioscience (biotechnology pathway)from THe Nottingham Trent University. I want to do a PhD in project involving apoptosis as my MSc project at Cambrex Bioscience, Notingham involved studying apoptosis and testing chemosensitive assays. I also have pharmacy degree, the main problem i am facing is for funding. Can you suggest some universities offering funded PhD for international students.
