Has anyone had any luck getting finance for purchases whilst on a stipend? Im thinking of getting an iPhone on finance and not sure if I can put my stipend in the salary part of the application?

I have another few years on funding so I can easily make the repayments.

Yes I've done it, it hasn't affected my ability to purchase items or get credit. It might depend on who you're asking but I don't see it being a problem.

I applied for a credit card last year and used my studentship in the salary section and it was approved so don't see why it would be a problem.
