I am an oveseas student,B.Ed, my years of study mean is 86% and license examination is 83.5%. what it would be the equivalent in GPA system or British system(first, 2:1, 2:2 etc) Thank you,

I guess it should fit into 2:1, but not quite sure. But I am sure that it is enough for your application.
