I am building a pilot program that can hopefully act as a mechanism to help those who are thinking of applying the skill set gained in academia to another field, specifically entrepreneurship.

I already have the capital, a program, and optional but conditional room and board set up for the first applicant but have no clue how to get in front of people who might be interested.
