I am a student of MS Power system engineering . Basically I have done Elecrical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technilogy Lahore Pakistan and currently working in an Electric supply company in Pakistan.
I plan to go for my PHD in related field to Germany as I have heard that Germany offer free education ( doubts , doubts ) and I can only afford free education .
Can anyone tell me in which versity I should apply and whats teh procedure?
