hi , this is my first post at the forum . since , i see a lot of info exchange at this forum so thought to ask . In my opinion , a phd students first collabrator is his supervisor and co-supervisor , who facilitates him even after gradauation in thier career , i gradauted from a good lab but unfortunately , they werenot kind and helpfull to me , i wont go into details of those tyring times , its no different to situations posted by various phd students at the forum, despite all that , I stood by everything and finally made it , now I am about to embark on my first career job and in the interview i have been asked by my directors for the possibility of joint reseach projects with my past supervisors, now i am confused because although i did nothig on my part but they pose as if i was not good to them , since i need this job badly, any suggestions how to increase my research collbrations with my former or other labs . thanks !
