I just saw an online advert offering loans at--183% APR!???? One hundred eight three percent??!!!!! is this right??!!!

Methinks someone forgot the decimel at 18.3%

I don't know--I thought that at first too...but the advert kept showng up...surely that interest rate would not be legal??!!!
