I am a medical Graduate (M.B., B.S) and Master in Total Quality Management in medicines from Pakistan, I have more than two years direct experience in healthcare. My academic record, experience and interest in Public Health earned me HEC (Higher Education Commission)/DAAD Scholarship for PhD in public health in Germany after my final interview taken by German committee. It includes all educational, boarding and lodging expenses. I am fully bound by HEC/DAAD to complete my education up to PhD and to serve back in my homeland.
I need acceptance letter from a German supervisor in public health for which I need your kind guidance so that I can finalize according to interest of respected supervisor. I am already undertaking German Language classes for scholarship holders.without accptance letter i may loose scholarship .

as your funding is secured but you are looking for a supervisor, i think what you need to do is simply contact potential supervisors by e-mail. you can find interesting institutes, departments and scholars on the internet. in germany, if you have your own funding, most professors will be willing to take you on, as they will only have to provide you with a desk.
i would be careful in chosing someone / a department which has similar interests to your own.
the 'application process' in germany is often very informal. you write to them, they accept you and write that confirmation letter you need, that's all. good luck!
