I had completed MASTER OF PHARMACY in pharmaceutical analysis in india and now I am looking for a good PhD position around the globe those doesn't need TOEFL,IELTS etc.,scores.Can you help me?

As far as I'm aware, you must have TOEFL or IELTS for any reputable position.

You will need atleast TOEFL or IELTS score to prove your English language proficiency, as your native language is not English.
