MA European Languages/Cultures

C

Seeing as everyone's pretty silent on the Manchester front, does anyone (out of interest!) have any suggestions for other good masters courses along these lines?

I studied German/French/Translation & Interpreting at BA and would like something a little more academic at MA level :)

Hi Chickchick,

Please have a look at programmes offered at the University of Sussex. I am currently doing an MA in Globalization, Ethnicity and Culture at Sussex and I am very happy with my experience. The School of Social Sciences and Cultural Studies has an exciting selection of tailor made MA programmes (mine as an example) that meet very specifice, diverse and also broad academic interests. Have a look at www.sussex.ac.uk/soccul and also www.postgrad.com which offers a lot of great insight into postgrad resources. good luck finding a course!

Thank you so much for that - I'll definitely have a look at Sussex's website :)

Heriot-Watt University are adding new courses to their portfolio. You should get in touch with the Course Director there, Yvonne McLaren-Hankin for more details (her details are on the School of Management and Languages website www.sml.hw.ac.uk)

Hope that helps!
