I applied for PhD position, my document was uploaded, but I did`n get confirmation mail (but it was written - your application is sent). I don`t know, do I need to contact professor to ask him, and what I can ask him?

Hi Albratros, you can write an email to your prospective supervisor and co-supervisor (if any) with all the documents attached and mention in the email that you submitted the application but haven't got the confirmation of submission yet and that you are sending a copy to him in case if the submission did not go through. Also cc it to the director of post grad research of your faculty. All the very best (up)
