We have found that in terms of recognition in the business world, the CIM qualification is more favoured than a Masters in Marketing. The CIM qualification is studied by practical application: techniques learnt whilst studying a CIM course can be directly applied to a particular Marketing job role - a Masters deals in Marketing by way of a more theoretical approach.
