well...i am a young medical doctor for 3 months,i applied for phd schollarships (tons of applications)in biomedical scieces.I have research experience in biomedical field,my cv is ok in my opinion...all applications have failed...why?because i am a Romanian doctor?Because Romania still out of the EU?I am curious because they didn't told me the reason of reject...whatever

If you want to know a reason for your aplication being rejected then there's no harm in writing to ask. If you are looking for a fully funded studentship, then it will be hard to find in the UK. Even EU citizens only receive course fees under most UK studentship grants. We are not clear as to when these rights will be extended to citizens of the new EU members.
