My supervisor does not respond to emails and probably he has left me. What should I do? I think he should have informed me. Where should I talk to?

What do you mean he has left you?

How long since you emailed him? Maybe he is away for Easter? If it is really serious then I would suggest talk to your advisor if you have one, or do you have another supervisor?
