Recently I came to know about this forum. And i felt very satisfied by replies to everyone's query. Hope same will happen to my queries too. I had completed M.Sc Bioinformaticsin Chennai and am interested to move further to PhD.

I would like to do in Abroad. I just want to know which university is bestever for Bioinformatics/Computational Biology. And also how my application should to wriiten towards the program ie) Application Format.

about the universities, how about checking some research papers you came upon when you were doing your M.S.c? and probably list some famous scholars you know in your field. and find out which universities they are from.

The application format will depend entirely on the course for which you're applying. You will need to choose a course and then contact that university to find out from them what kind of application they want.
