I am CEO and business owner with an MBA from Cambridge and professional experience (Finance, M&A, Private Equity), I would like to complete my education with a Doctorate / PHD / Doctorate of Business Administration .

I would like to know if you guys can:

1.- Suggest me the best route / university to get a PHD by Paper Works (Admission, Price, Requirements, etc) in Europe.

2.- Suggest me the cheapest place where to get a PHD / DBA by Distance Learning ( in Europe) in one of the following field Business Administration , Management, Marketing , Economy

Why doesn't he contact the University concerned or at the very least download his intended University's regulations?

The terminology he's looking for is "Ph.D. by published works".

I'll add you'd normally either have to be a graduate of the University (meaning you should approach Cambridge) or currently a member of staff there.
