I am an Israeli Masters student. I was offered a place at Oxford university, for a DPhil, but since it was offered so late, I missed the Universities' bursaries.
I would be grateful for any directions in how to obtain some funding.

You will probably have to defer your place until next year if you can't fund yourself. Try speaking to your new supervisor to see if he has any suggestions (some opportunities are subject or university specific). Otherwise try the British Council in Israel.
