I'm currently doing my Msc in Computer Science. After that I want to do a PHD. I'm especially interested in UK univs. I have spent a lot of time searching for informations about suitable CS departments, UK higher education system, funding etc. But I still don't know several things.

Most of universities require first or upper second honours, but Polish education system is different than British. There is no undergraduate degree. It's only possible to obtain master degree. Grading system is different too.
What should I do? Am I still eligible to apply?

The best thing is to send in your results, plus the english translation of your syllabus and then the university will look at it and inform you.
