I am a post graduate in medicinal chemistry(M.Pharm) having additional knowledge in structure based drug designing and i want to persue my Phd in the same from india can i persue my Phd in UK.

You can pursue your PhD in the UK, but you will need to arange your own funding. The Association of Commonwealth Universities may be able to help. The British Council in India will also give you information. Finally UKCOSA, an organisation which provides information to students wishing to study in the UK, may also be of use.
