Do you need a 2:1 to actually be accepted for a PhD in all cases? Would it be possible to get a funded PhD with a 2:2 and an MSc. by research?

G

YES... try reading some of the articles on the left hand side b4 asking the same stupid questions again and again...

G

...or maybe don't bother replying to posts that you find annoying??

G

I can reply to whichever posts I want!

G

Thank you Annoyed for bringing some colour into the forum. :)

G

yes ho ho ho. However, I assume this forum is meant to be about helping people. Perhaps if someone asks what may be a silly questions you should ignore it rather than issuing tiresome little jibes.

G

Well it makes life more interesting doesn't it??!!

G

no

G

I bet you're always the life and soul of a party then aren't you Rob??!

Sorry to interupt, but here comes our standard answer - yes you can get a PhD with a 2(ii) plus an MSc. See our Funding and PhDs Explained sections for links and information.
