Thanks Sneaks, useful resource, particularly for handy synopsis of methodologies I'm not using but of course considered in depth before rejecting;-)

:-p it will be useful for me to go back to before the viva, so I can answer dreaded questions like "so why is xyz technique better than grounded theory, in your opinion?" - so I don't go "errrrm, what's grounded theory?"

I hadn't seen it before (I've only really been looking at quant stuff so far, but qual will be my next step) so thanks very much for pointing it out!
