Hi everyone, I hope someone can advise me about a short 1,000-word report I have to write.

I'm a third-year humanities PhD who has had some time off (three months) because of illness. As part of my annual review, I have to submit a report detailing what I've accomplished and my schedule for completing/writing up etc.

Does anyone know of a template I can follow or a book on writing reports for the humanities? Any suggestions are welcome.
