To be frank, I am not yet at Phd level(just 2nd year) but I would be ever so grateful if someone could help me out with a difficult university choice.I have been offered a place in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland this year. I was in Galway("University of the year 2003"). I've been given very little time to think about it (answer before the 8th:only informed today!) My question is:
