Just wondering if I am still eligible for full scholarships and also for waiving of uni fees if I have a British passport and want to study in Europe

If you want to study in the UK then you need to have been 'Ordinarily Resident' in the UK for the past three years for reasons other than full time education. Have a look in our funding section for links and information.
