I have a BSc in Computer Networking, and 12 years of experience (6 years in computer networking, and 6 years cyber security). I have also two CCIEs and MCSE.

I want to study an online PhD in cyber security from a trusted\accredited university, that accept candidates without MSc.

And my budget is 30,000$
