If you were submitting a paper to a conference - so people can read and then discuss it at the conference - i.e. not for publication really. Would you bother with the Running Head etc. or just put in a nice cover page??
couldn't leave you hanging sneaks, but I'm sorry I don't even know what APA style is! I know it's something to do with psychology, so maybe just go with it just in case?! Sorry I can't be more help!
t'is ok. I'm going to go with just the title and no running head - it seems a little too formal for a conference
