I'am doing my post graduation in India, can i get an oppurtunity to do my phd in Biotechnology in Europe?can i apply directly to a University in Europe or else i have any other procedure to do that?please do reply me as soon as possible.

It would be nice to know which European country you want to do your PhD in, as in Europe there are 30 or 40 countries, each with its higher education system and application procedures.

you can apply for a (unfunded)place as PhD student directly to universities. most universities will explain the application procedure on their homepage. to apply for a funded place, check out the links on the left of this screen.
