Hi all,
I am wanting a little help/advice. I am a dietitian with 10months post grad experience and I am wanting to work in Scotland however, the job situation here is quite poor so I have turned my attention towards choosing an MSc instead.
I have many interests, which is part of the problem. I am unsure whether I should follow a specific subject, which I enjoy, e.g. Diabetes or do something more general such as public policy or a general nutrition course. My concern if I do a general nutrition course is that I may not build on my knowledge but instead repeat some of what I have already done.
I am also concerned because I got a 2.2 as most of the courses I have looked at require a 2.1. Is it possible to gain entry for a course with a 2.2 if the requirements are a 2.1?
I am also looking at the MSc with the view that if I enjoy it and the dietetic job situation continues to be poor I may continue to a Phd.
Any help/comments/thoughts are welcomed.
