I was wondering if people could advise on when to write acknowledgements? Before handing a draft to supervisors? Prior to submitting?

I wrote mine into my full final draft, e.g the last draft to go to my supervisor before it was submitted. I actually found it one of the most difficult parts to write, but in some ways leaving it to the end felt good!
